Leander’s Ronald Reagan Crossing to Begin Phase II Summer 2022
Phase I construction is underway for the 100,000 square foot development. It consists of 45,000 square feet of retail space, 37,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet for The Learning Experience child day care center and 6,000 square feet of drive-thru restaurant space. A few of the restaurants will include The Brass Tap, Tea2Go TeaN’ergy, an Indian restaurant and coffee shops. Phase I is expected to be completed by Spring 2023.
Phase II is expected to get started this September. It will include 60,000 additional square feet and will add on more restaurants, retail and office projects. Zoning also would allow for a hotel.
The development will be located less than 10 miles north of Apple’s new campus.
