Three Dated Properties Offloaded in Arlington
Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA) worked with the seller to peddle three multifamily properties in the Dallas suburb. Each property was built in the 1960’s and has not been modernized in several years.
The new owner plans to vastly improve each of the 217 units included in the sale. The projects were made up of similar sized communities; Avalon Apartments with 75, Tuscany Square with 70 and Regency Apartments with 72 units, all in Arlington.
GREA’s Mark Allen represented the sellers and assembled the properties for a single, out-of-state buyer.
