Calling for More of The Year’s Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders
Response has been strong to date for Connect Commercial Real Estate’s second annual Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders awards program. However, we know there are many other commercial real estate professionals on the lending side of the industry, for whom 2021 was both an especially fruitful year and an especially challenging one, and we’d like you to help us identify them.
As with our other awards programs, we’re asking for your input to help us recognize the past year’s lending stars. We’ll be making our selections from among nominations of capital markets professionals at services firms, banks, insurance companies, alternative lenders and other organizations providing CRE debt.
And in common with our other programs, we intend to recognize 10 winners from each of the regions we cover. That means brokers and lenders in California; Texas; New York/Tri-State; Chicago/Midwest; Boston/New England; Washington, DC; Atlanta/Southeast; Florida/Gulf Coast; Phoenix/Southwest; and Seattle/Northwest, as well as those who are active nationally. We’ll make our final selections based on 2021 dollar volume.
