The Boulos Company Promotes Micki Francombe to VP of Administrative Operations
Portland, ME-based The Boulos Company has promoted Micki Francombe to VP of administrative operations.
Francombe’s expanded purview will include serving as the company’s leader in training and onboarding new employees and independent contractors. She will also take the reins on production of the company’s Boulos Beat podcast series.
Among other additional responsibilities, she will spearhead the rollout of the company’s new project management software and will continue to support her brokerage team in the Portland office.
Francombe joined the company in 2001 as an administrative assistant and most recently served as assistant office manager while continuing to work for her brokerage team in an administrative capacity.
