Legacy Partners Promotes Nicholson to Senior Managing Director

The Pacific Northwest Region of real estate firm Legacy Partners has a new Senior Managing Director, as the company has tabbed Parker Nicholson for the role. Previously, he was Legacy Partners’ Vice President for Development and Acquisitions.

A Seattle native and graduate of the Leavy School of Business at Santa Clara University, Nicholson has been at Legacy Partners for nine years. He most recently has been leading a team to obtain financing and start work on a 620-unit, two-phased project in downtown Redmond, WA. His previous experience includes positions at Wells Fargo CRE in Seattle and Zhejiang Jiangong Real Estate in China.

“Parker has shown a remarkable ability during the past nine years to tackle myriad responsibilities,” said Dean Henry, CEO of Legacy Partners in a news release. “We look forward to his leadership across the Pacific Northwest Region.”
