Greystar, JP Morgan Open Up The Westcott in Houston
South Carolina developer Greystar and JP Morgan Global Alternatives have opened up the Westcott, at 929 Westcott, in Houston’s Memorial Park Neighborhood.
The property features a wide variety of floor plans that range in size from 788 square feet to 3,235 square feet. All of the rooms have a view of downtown Houston. Other amenities include valet parking and an 11-floor sky deck. In addition, there is a private masseuse room, an athletic club, 24-hour concierge service, and pets are allowed.
The community has 315 rooms with rents starting at $2,250 a month going up as high at $9,600 a month. 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units are available.
