Season Seats! Multifamily to Overlook Kannapolis Cannon Ballers Stadium
Summit Design + Build has begun construction of a 69,000-square-foot round-up multifamily project in Kannapolis, NC. Once complete, the project will overlook the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers (a minor league baseball team affiliate of the Chicago White Sox) Atrium Health Ballpark.
The developer of the project is Lansing Melbourne Group and Built Form is the project architect.
The seven-story building will have two floors of retail/office space and five floors of 43 residential apartments. The building will feature a lobby, fitness center, club room, residential unit balconies and a parking garage. The project is expected to wrap up in spring 2023.
The development marks the first construction project for Summit Design + Build in NC.
