Westmount Realty Capital Hires New Asset Management Director

Lucas Altoe has joined Westmount as the director of asset management. He has more than seven years of asset management experience, underwriting, disposition and portfolio management for various multifamily properties and REIT’s.

Before joining Westmount, Altoe worked as the vice president of asset management for Hudson Advisors. He drove investment strategy and value creation through director oversight of property operations, leasing activity and revenue management. Altoe managed two multifamily projects and two mixed-use developments.

Altoe has an MBA in finance and real estate from Southern Methodist University and his bachelors from UT Arlington.
