RMK Tapped to Manage Gold Coast Luxury Apartments
RMK Management Corp. was selected by East Chestnut Realty LLC and DC21 Realty LLC to oversee property management for 21 East Chestnut, a 24-story, 168-unit luxury apartment building in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago’s Near North Side. The community, which recently underwent renovations to all common areas and most apartments, is 91% leased.
“We’re very excited to help residents get the most out of 21 East Chestnut’s newly designed common areas, especially the renovated coworking area,” said Anthony Rossi Sr., chairman of Chicago-based RMK. “With so many renters opting for a hybrid work schedule, the building’s new conference rooms, private booths and dedicated Zoom rooms are exactly what they want from a work-from-home set up.”
Renovations to the building began in 2019, and approximately 90% of apartments have been revamped. The renovated units feature abundant closet space, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, quartz countertops and in-unit washer and dryer.
