HistoryMaker Buys 6,000 Lots in Houston, Dallas

The company says the lots will be a mix of build-to-rent and traditionally financed homes. He added that the company serves buyers from first-time homeowners to those searching for additional square and increased amenities.

HistoryMaker homes are in 40 communities in Dallas and Houston. They offer a mix of single family and multifamily cottage products in most of their communities.
