Stream Adds 5 New Medical Facilities in San Antonio

Stream has increased its medical holdings by four, and is building a fifth. The company is adding over 100,000 square feet to its leasing portfolio and will be building another 60,000 foot facility.

While Stream will be overseeing the leasing on four facilities, Stream is currently building OneFiftyOne Medical Office, in the Westover Hills section. The shell is slated to be completed by early 2023. The two story building, on 4.4 acres, is near a number of hotels and restaurants as well as housing and multifamily communities. Stream’s Lee McKenna says the new building adds to an already robust presence in San Antonio, “In the past three years Stream’s San Antonio healthcare team grew to represent more than 20 buildings…the growth of this specialized team has become a strength for Stream and a great resource for San Antonio.”

Dallas-based Stream has more than 1,000 employees in over a dozen communities.
