Duke Realty Leases Pair of Industrial Facilities in Inland Empire

The Southern California office of Duke Realty Corporation has preleased a soon-to-be-completed 148,000-square-foot spec building on Perry Street in Perris, CA to Universal Shipping and also leased a new 173,000-square-foot facility on Beech Avenue in Fontana, CA to JW Fulfillment.

The buildings have dozens of dock doors and adequate trailer and car parking to accommodate distribution and warehousing demands. The pair also meet LEED requirements for environmentally sustainable construction and site development, water savings and energy efficiency.

Duke Realty’s Collin Phillips said in a news release, “Demand for industrial space in Southern California is at all-time highs and our customers are looking for logistics space that can accommodate tight delivery expectations. These modern facilities in Inland Empire offer convenience to major thoroughfares and access to millions of consumers.”
