esrp and Cresa Join Forces

esrp and its nearly 50 team members will join Cresa. esrp is a commercial real estate consulting firm. Cresa is an occupier-focused commercial real estate firm. In it’s nine years in operation, esrp has served NTT DATE Services, Riddell, Mattress Firm, 7-Eleven and Neiman Marcus.

Cresa CEO Todd Lickerman believes the move will add value to Cresa, “We are thrilled to add esrp to the Cresa family. The level of success and caliber of clients established within their first nine years is rare…we have found a like minded partner who sees this business the same way and aligns perfectly with Cresa’s operating model and company culture.

Cresa’s primary Dallas-Fort Worth office will be esrp’s existing headquarters located within the Dallas Cowboys headquarters at The Star in Frisco.
