CBRE Arranges $13M Sale of Multifamily Buildings in San Bernardino

Mountain and Mountain View Apartments, an 80-unit, 2 building complex has been sold to a Los Angeles-based private investor for $13.3 million in cash.  CBRE’s Cray Carlson represented the buyer and the two different sellers in the transaction.

The apartments are located at 2991 and 2995 Mountain Ave. in San Bernardino, CA and feature one- and two-bedroom units. San Bernardino Valley College and Ontario International Airport are just a short distance away from the gated community.

San Bernardino and the entire Inland Empire multifamily market continues to be one of the strongest in Southern California and very attractive for potential buyers, as CBRE research shows strong rent growth and a record-low vacancy rate.
