520 Homes are Coming to City Place
Site preparation has begun for Phase 1 of a 400-acre subdivision at the 2,000 acre City Place master planned community. CDC Houston and DMB from Scottsdale are collaborating on the project which is expected to bring thousands of additional residents to the growing area. Just last month, Hewlett Packards’ Enterprise campus had its debut and ExxonMobil announced a consolidation of its North Houston campus.
CDC’s Warren Wilson sees this project as a one-of-a-kind venture, “This JV endeavor is the result of an extensive planning process to imagine what we anticipate will become one of the most talked about places to live in Greater Houston.”
City Place is located at the intersection of Grand Parkway, Hardy Toll Road and Interstate 45. The development includes protected forests and natural ecosystems.
