Woodlawn Apartment Property Benefits from Proximity to Future Obama Center, U. of Chicago
Essex Realty Group’s listed 6107-6111 S. Saint Lawrence property is located in Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood and attracted a lot of interest, according to Essex marketing chief Haley Rawers.
The property comprises nine units and is located near the University of Chicago campus. Investors were drawn to this opportunity – there were 15 tours and five offers.
Ultimately, Glangevlin Properties purchased the multifamily building for $785,000.
