Lee NJ Selected to Market Morristown Office Space 

Lee & Associates New Jersey has been selected to market office space at Morristown Plaza located in Morristown, NJ. Morristown Plaza is comprised of 122,000 square feet of Class A office space at 161 & 163 Madison Ave., with a total of 18,819 square feet currently available for lease at 163 Madison. 

A Lee & Associates New Jersey team led by Suzanne Kiall – director/managing broker of Morris County and SVP Doug Rowe will market the space for The Silverman Group. The Silverman Group is a nationally recognized owner, investor, developer and manager of real estate throughout the country, with corporate offices in Basking Ridge, NJ.
