Cushman & Wakefield Brings on Mike Mathias to Head New Team Focused on Technology Clients
Cushman & Wakefield has hired Mike Mathias as Vice Chair in New York, where he’ll be heading up a new team for the commercial real estate services giant.
Mathias will also serve as Co-Chair of the firm’s NYC Technology Practice Group, a group focused on advising occupiers across the technology sector and throughout the full real estate lifecycle. Mathias will be joined by Sean Hoffman and Richard Johns who will serve as Directors. The new team, which will focus on advising occupiers, will be based out of the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office, Cushman & Wakefield said.

Mathias has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented numerous fast growing occupier clients globally and from multiple industries, including technology, finance, media and entertainment.
He joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills where he was responsible for developing and executing creative real estate solutions on behalf of his clients. Throughout his career, Mathias has been recognized with a myriad of industry awards.
