Irvine Company Signs Law Firms, Investment Firm at Century City Tower
Two law firms and an institutional investment management firm signed leases at Irvine Company’s 2121 Ave. of the Stars office tower in Century City.
Totaling nearly 70,000 square feet, the new leases include the following:
- SSI Investment Management LLC, an institutional investment management firm, leased 11,600 square feet, represented by Savills’ John Bertram and Jeff Cowan
- Robins Kaplan LLP, a national litigation and trial law firm, leased 23,000 square feet, represented by CBRE’s Clay Hammerstein and Danny Rees
- Miller Barondess LLP, a litigation law firm, leased 33,000 square feet, represented by NAI Capital’s Mike Arnold
