SVN Chicago Commercial in $34M Sale of Fulton Market Property Portfolio

The Urban Team of SVN | Chicago Commercial has successfully secured the sale of a multimillion-dollar Fulton Market portfolio.

The portfolio comprises four buildings and deeded parking spaces located on 1144 W Fulton Street, 1101 W Fulton Street, 220 N Aberdeen Street, 112 N May Street and 351 N May Street, respectively.

The Urban Team of SVN | Chicago Commercial consists of Scott Maesel, Drew Dillon, Chad Schrodel, Adam Thomas and Logan Parsons. The Portfolio ultimately sold for $33.5 million.

Totaling over 76,000 square feet, the four historic office/retail loft buildings feature heavy timber and brick construction in prime Fulton Market / West Loop locations and parking for up to 58 cars.

“This transaction shows the continued interest from investors in the thriving Fulton Market submarket. The mix of office, residential and retail combine to drive demand from investors and tenants alike,” Chad Schroedl shared.
