Weitzman Named Retail Leasing Agent for Plaza of the Americas in Downtown Dallas
Weitzman has been named retail leasing agent for Plaza of the Americas, the mixed-use project located in downtown Dallas at 600-700 N. Pearl Street at San Jacinto Street. Giovanni Scardino, Michael Kaplan and Addison Gragson with Weitzman are the project’s retail leasing agents.
The retail space in Plaza of the Americas totals more than 132,000 square feet on two levels adjacent to an urban garden in the project’s soaring 13-story atrium. In all, Plaza of the Americas incorporates more than 1 million square feet in two 25-story office towers, the 416-room Marriott City Center Hotel and the retail component.
“The Weitzman leasing team is working with both traditional retailers and restaurant users, who can benefit from a highly visible, beautiful location surrounded by some of downtown’s most popular destinations such as the Dallas Arts District and Klyde Warren Park, as well as the population of downtown workers, residents and visitors,” Kaplan said.
