A&E Snaps Up LeFrak Brooklyn Portfolio for $250M

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $250 million sale of a 14-building portfolio comprising 1,217 units in Brooklyn’s Gravesend and Sheepshead Bay neighborhoods, according to people familiar with the transaction.

A&E Real Estate acquired the property from LeFrak. Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Spies, Adam Donegar and Daniel O’Brien brokered the sale, according to sources.

Cushman & Wakefield declined to comment at this time.
