Stream Realty Partners Will Develop and Lease 300,000 SF of Warehouse in Rockwall, TX

Stream Realty Partners will develop and lease more than 300,000 square feet of warehouse space in Rockwall, which is in the Northeast Dallas. The national real estate services, development, and investment company will develop and lease 1515 Corporate Crossing in Rockwall, Texas, for growing Westcore, a San Diego, California-based real estate investment company.

The project, planned on 43.237 acres on Corporate Crossing with immediate access to Interstate 30, will offer 301,120 square feet of divisible, Class A, speculative industrial space.

Stream Senior Director Bates Arnot, who is based in Dallas and leads the central region for Stream’s Industrial Development Services division, will serve as development lead. Director Grayson Hughes will serve as the construction lead on the project. Stream Dallas Managing Director Matt Dornak and Senior Vice President Ryan Wolcott will oversee leasing. Completion date has been set for the end of this year.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal.
