St. John Properties Dashes to Deliver 16 Fresh CRE Properties in DC Region
Baltimore, MD-based St. John Properties, Inc., projects to deliver 16 buildings totaling over 660,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ commercial office, flex/R&D, retail and warehouse space across its DC metro portfolio in the coming year. From a nationwide perspective, those tallies expand to 23 buildings totaling over 880,000 square feet.
The company anticipates delivery 10 buildings totaling over 320,000 square feet of space throughout Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Prince George’s and St. Mary’s counties. In addition, St. John Properties intends to complete three buildings worth 205,000 square feet of space in Frederick, MD and three buildings totaling more than 135,000 square feet of space will be constructed in NoVA.
Outside the DC region, two flex/R&D projects totaling more than 60,000 square feet of space are proceeding in Baton Rouge, LA and five flex/R&D and retail buildings totaling over 155,000 square feet are scheduled in Salt Lake City, UT.
