NAI Partners Brokers Three Industrial Leases at Sharyland Business Park in McAllen, TX

NAI Partners has negotiated three industrial leases, totaling 223,016 square feet, for Killam Development at Sharyland Business Park located in McAllen, TX. The leases include: 120,340 square feet to Standard Motor Products, Inc. at 5001 George McVay Drive, 70,676 square feet to Worldwise, at 5700 S International Parkway and 32,000 square feet to TCOM, LP at 5801 George McVay Drive.

NAI Partners’ Carlos Marquez represented the landlord in all transactions at Sharyland Business Park. Standard Motor Products was represented by JLL and the other two did not have tenant representation. The terms and transaction amount were not available.

Killam Development owns 5 million square feet of commercial property in South Texas, with 2.4 million square feet of industrial in the Rio Grande Valley, and 200,000 square feet of industrial currently available for lease in Sharyland Industrial Park by the Anzalduas Bridge. Killam Development is currently developing 3,400 acres in Mission and McAllen.
