John Adams, Brian Tapp Join CBRE to Open Knoxville Location

CBRE has hired three professionals in Knoxville to open the company’s newest TN office.

John Adams, III, and Brian Tapp join as first VPs and will specialize in the office and industrial sectors, respectively. Andrew Wilmoth joins as a senior associate.

Adams’ background is in office landlord and tenant representation and investment sales. He has been involved in 249 transactions totaling 2.1 million square feet and $270 million in consideration since 2016.

Brian Tapp’s expertise spans industrial sales and leasing, land assemblage for development, retail sales and leasing, tenant representation and corporate real estate services and bank “other real estate owned” dispositions. He has been involved in 108 transactions totaling $144 million since 2016.

Andrew Wilmoth is an East Tennessee native who has worked in commercial real estate since 2018 and has experience in industrial, office and net lease asset classes.
