Weitzman Negotiates Retail Leases for Mixed-Use Project in Austin
Dallas-based Weitzman has negotiated three new retail leases at The Grove at Shoal Creek, a mixed-use project at the southeast corner of 45th Street and Bull Creek, in Austin. The three leases include LOVE Cycling Studio, Mirror Mirror and HALINA Spa. Lease terms were not disclosed.
Matt Epple, Britt Morrison and Brett Maze with Weitzman handled negotiations as retail leasing agents for The Grove. Bryan McMurrey with CBRE represented the cycling studio.
The Grove, upon completion, will feature approximately 1,550 residential units that include single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments. The Grove also includes 185,000 square feet of Class A office space.
The Grove’s developer is ARG Bull Creek Ltd., a joint venture between MileStone Community Builders, for the residential portion, and Castletop Capital, which is handling the mixed-use portion of The Grove.
