Native Realty Closes $11M Sale of Multifamily Site in Fort Lauderdale

Native Realty has brokered the $11 million sale of the future development site of Advantis Station at Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Native Realty’s Jaime Sturgis and Dan Ross represented four different sellers of the properties, which are located at the intersection of Sistrunk Boulevard and Northeast Third Avenue. Midtown PAL Flagler Village acquired the asset.

The 1.4-acre site was one of the last available assemblages in Flagler Village and is across the street from Peter Feldman Park. Advantis Station will be a 12-story, 252-unit rental project with a 300-space parking garage, expansive pool and amenity deck, open-air pedestrian plaza and ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Construction is expected to begin this year, with resident move-ins targeted for 2024.
