B6 Markets Mixed-Use Hotel in Jackson Heights 

B6 Real Estate Advisors has been hired to sell 37-59 81st St., a mixed-use hotel building in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens listed for $18 million. The property offers a buyer an ideal long-term value-add investment or 1031 exchange opportunity. B6’s Thomas A. Donovan, Andy Chen, Tommy Lin and Eugene Kim are marketing the property for seller 81 Rose Hotel LLC. 

A seven-story, newer-construction building that includes ground-floor retail, an adult day care center and a 35-key hotel, the property is located in a neighborhood that has been recognized as one of the most diverse in the nation. The neighborhood has recently seen an influx of new developments.  

The building is located steps away from public transportation access at Roosevelt Avenue and 82nd Street, with the 7 subway line providing a 20-minute ride to Midtown Manhattan. LaGuardia Airport is also less than two miles from the property
