CBRE Team Spearheads Leasing at Two-Building Stamford Complex
CBRE has been named leasing agent at 200 Elm St. and 695 East Main, a 560,000-square-foot transit-oriented, two-building office complex in Stamford, CT that was recently acquired by A.M. Property Holdings. The CBRE team of Brian Carcaterra, Sheera Riemer, Steven Greenbush and Joe Weaver spearhead the leasing campaign at the property, which recently underwent a $75-million redevelopment and will be rebranded as The Link.
“Never in history has Stamford been a better place to live, work and play and The Link is surrounded by all of the excitement of Harbor Point and the influx of new residents during these past two years,” said Carcaterra.
Additionally, Webster Bank, a current tenant at the property, extended its lease and expanded its headquarters footprint by 23,031 square feet and now occupies a total of 45,979 square feet. Webster Bank was represented by Drew Saunders and Ed Tonnessen in JLL’s Stamford office.
