Law Firm Remains in Loop with Move to New Location
Savills arranged a multiyear lease for new client Bryce Downey & Lenkov LLC. After nearly 20 years in its current location, the law firm will relocate to a 13,851-square-foot space at AmTrust Realty Corporation’s 30 North LaSalle Street.
Vice chairmen Eric Feinberg and John Goodman and associate director Isabel Preskill of Savills were selected to find a new real estate solution in the Loop. “Bryce Downey & Lenkov has resided in the Loop for over two decades and determined that a modernized space centrally located near the courts and major transportation hubs was required to support its future growth and operational needs,” said Feinberg.
He added that the new location “will allow the firm to grow its brand presence, provide flexibility for future growth, and offer employees updated amenities.”
AmTrust will build out the new space, and the law firm will have building signage on LaSalle Street.
