Farbman Group Expands With 20 New Hires

Midwest commercial real estate concern Farbman Group has added Ryan Nelson as Executive Vice President, Andy Bartucci as Senior Vice President, as well as 20 other new hires to the firm.

“In today’s fiercely competitive commercial real estate marketplace, Farbman Group is always looking for strategic opportunities to grow our business and provide a better experience for our clients,” said CEO Andrew V. Farbman. “These new additions expand our team, expertise, portfolio and services to allow us to deliver the unparalleled customer service that Farbman Group is known for to more markets across the country, while bolstering our receivership work that continues to be a vital part of our business.”

Farbman Group has also brought on 20 other new hires and taken on property management, brokerage, and receiverships in new and existing markets such as Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Ohio.

Carrie Jordan McClelland is the Chief of Staff at Connect Media and Executive Assistant to CEO Daniel Ceniceros. In her role, Carrie works closely with Daniel and leadership across the organization, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. She plays a key role in driving communication, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting day-to-day operations across the company. Carrie brings a broad skill set spanning communications, operations, and digital media, with experience in writing, social media, design, and photography. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish, along with a Certificate in New Media and Technology from the New Media Institute.
