KW Commercial Adopts RealNex Navigator For Its Agents

Austin-based KW Commercial has announced it has selected RealNex, a commercial real estate technology company, to provide its RealNex Navigator solution to KW Commercial (KWC) organization.

KWC has more than 2,400 agents operating out of 790 affiliate offices across North America and in 24 countries throughout the world. KWC intends to leverage the RealNex technology foundation to support the growth of their commercial footprint globally, the success of affiliates and the productivity of agents.

“With the relaunch of KW Commercial, we want to make sure our associates have the cutting- edge tools needed to be more competitive in the marketplace,” said Cynthia Lee, executive leader of Strategy and Growth for KW Commercial. “One of the reasons we partnered with RealNex is because it offers a complete solution for our associates regardless of their specialization. Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal. In addition to The Times and the OCBJ, he was also a reporter and editor for Crittenden Research, The San Bernardino Sun and UPI. Erik also worked six years in CRE public relations with Los Angeles-based Hoyt Organization, where he was a Senior Account Executive. He later joined Lee & Associates where he served as the Director of Corporate Communications. There ,in addition to his work with Lee’s CEO, he managed 57 offices nationwide and provided PR, social media and media training for the offices.
