Hertz Investment Group Adds Brett Earp as VP of Asset Management
Hertz Investment Group has appointed Brett Earp as VP of asset management in its Atlanta office. He will be responsible for the leasing activity, budgeting and supervision of a portion of Hertz’s office portfolio in the Northern and Southeastern regions, which spans six states and exceeding three million square feet.
Earp began his commercial real estate career in 1994 and has since held senior management positions at JLL and Colliers International. Prior to joining the Hertz Investment Group, he served as VP of asset management and on-site property management at CIM Group.
“As we continue to expand our footprint, finding someone who demonstrates a mastery of negotiating complex commercial real estate lease transactions as well as tenant relation-building skills is of the utmost importance,” said Zev Hertz, chairman of the Los Angeles-based company.
Earp holds the CCIM designation.
