New England Retail Properties Harvests $6M for Middletown Tractor Supply Co.

New England Retail Properties, Inc., has completed the sale of Tractor Supply Co., in Middletown, CT for $5.9 million. The property consists of a 19,097 square-foot building plus a 15,075 square-foot outdoor sales area on approximately 4.55 acres.

The property was developed in 2013 by Middletown Development Partners LLC, a partnership of New England Retail Properties, Inc. of Wethersfield, CT (headed by Matt Halprin) and Mack V Development of West Hartford, CT (headed by Mark D’ Addabbo). The purchaser was a private investor based in the Midwest.
