The Multifamily Group Brokers 188 Units in Houston, TX

The Multifamily Group (TMG) has facilitated the sale of Winsome Court and Tiffany Square Apartments in Houston.

Built in 1973, Tiffany Square Apartments consists of 83 units on 2.08 acres, with an average unit size of 874 square feet. Winsome Court, also built in 1973, consists of 105 units on 4 acres with unit sizes more than 1,000 square feet.

Both properties are minutes away from I-69 and I-610, less than one mile from Galleria/Uptown, and have quick access to several Fortune 500 companies in downtown Houston.

Greg Miller represented the two separate sellers, and Bryce Smith represented the sole buyer for both properties. “It’s great seeing a transaction where the buyer and seller are happy with the price of the assets, even after a large defeasance payment such as with Winsome Court,” said Miller of TMG.

According to Smith, the buyer, who is new to the Houston market, said these two properties allow the buyer to operate them as a single property since they are only a block apart. “These properties made sense for our buyer, and we were able to get these deals closed within a week of each other, with the Tiffany Square offer accepted just before it went to market.”
