Top Floor, Natural Light Seals Columbia Lease Deal Brokered by MacKenzie
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has brokered an 11,000-square-foot lease at 30 Corporate Row, a 12-story, 142,000-square-foot building in Columbia, MD.
Joe Bradley and Bill Whitty of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented tenant Evergreen Advisors, which will use the space within Columbia Town Center as its new headquarters.
“A compelling opportunity presented itself with 30 Corporate Row based on the availability of the penthouse location and the ribbon-glass that allows abundant natural light to flow into the interior spaces,” said Bradley. Evergreen leased the entire floor, which affords the entire team access to abundant natural light with expansive windows. In addition, we were aware of the landlord’s plans to improve the streetscape, add new public spaces and improve the walkability of the nearby office buildings.”
