Aquila Commercial Secures 37K-SF Office Lease in Austin

AQUILA Commercial has secured a 37,362-square-foot office lease with The Austin Stone Community Church in Austin at Highland Tech Center.

Highland Tech Center is located at 6505 Airport Blvd. in Austin. The Austin Stone Community Church is a New Testament church with six locations in Austin and will be using this space for their offices.

Bob Wynn, Rick Whiteley and Lexie Hall of Cushman & Wakefield represented The Austin Stone Community Church. Chad Barrett of AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord, who was not disclosed.
