Northpond Partners Proposing $150M Mixed Use Redevelopment of Former Calhoun Square Property in Minneapolis
Mixed use and retail specialist Northpond Partners is seeking to redevelop a square block of Minneapolis’ Uptown neighborhood in a $150 million proposal, according to the Chicago Business Journal.
Northpond wants to redevelop the square block that is currently home to Seven Points retail complex, formerly known as Calhoun Square. Northpond paid $34.5 million for Calhoun Square in 2019.
The redevelopment, which involves demolishing several structures on the property, calls for a 57,000-sf grocery store, a restaurant, apartments and shops.
