Scarlet Breaks Ground on $32M MF Development in Houston
Houston-based developer Scarlet, in partnership with Urban Meridian Group, has broken ground on a $32 million multifamily project in Houston’s City Park neighborhood.
The 216-unit project, which will be branded Frame Almeda Genoa, will feature six residential buildings surrounded by approximately eight acres of plants, recreation areas, swimming facilities and ponds. The project will provide reasonably-priced, high-quality housing near downtown Houston. The project was designed by E Studio Group.
The City Park area is located just due south of Houston’s Central Business District and features retail, entertainment venues, golf courses and medical care as well as nearby access to parks, concert venues and the beaches of Galveston.
