JV to Develop $50M MF Project in San Marcos

A joint venture between Thompson Realty Capital LLC and Trez Capital has announced plans to develop La Cima, a $50 million multifamily project in San Marcos, TX.

The 304-unit garden-style multifamily project is approximately 30 miles south of Austin in Hays County along the I-35 corridor. The 21-acre community will include 304 units with attached and detached garages. Amenities will include a resort-style pool.

Thompson Realty Capital will serve as property manager upon completion of the project. The La Cima project is the eighth joint-venture project between Trez Capital and Thompson Realty Capital. The project is slated for completion in December 2023.
