Coldwell Banker Commercial Closes $15M Brookline Retail Building
Coldwell Banker Commercial has represented the seller in the disposition of a retail building located at 1004-1016 Beacon Street in the Boston submarket of Brookline, MA. The transaction was valued at approximately $15 million.
Todd Glaskin and Gregg Leppo represented the seller, a local family trust, in the transaction.
The one-story building within the Boston metro totals 16,500 square feet and is situated on a 0.58 acres lot. The building also has access to public transportation, with a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Green Line subway stop located directly in front of the building.
According to Glaskin, the property generated interest from within the neighborhood to as far away as Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. “We best positioned the property to reach out to investors, users, and potential developers all at the same time, resulting in a competitive process and an advantageous sale to a respected buyer with a strong local presence and market knowledge,” said Glaskin.
