Lee & Associates Arranges 214K-SF Industrial Lease in Fort Worth

Lee & Associates has secured a 213,546-square-foot industrial lease in Fort Worth at an undisclosed property.

The tenant, KPG Telecommunications, was represented by Tom Walrich and Corbin Blount of Lee & Associates. The landlord, Industrial Realty Group, was represented by Trey Fricke, Reid Bassinger and Becky Thompson of Lee & Associates.

KPG Telecommunications is North America’s largest supply chain and network solutions partner.
