High Street Tops Out 43-Story MF Tower in Downtown Houston

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Co., has topped out Parkside Residences at Discovery Green, a 43-story multifamily tower in downtown Houston.

Located at 808 Crawford St., the 309-unit property is adjacent to the 12-acre Discovery Park. The unit mix will consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Features will include quartz countertops as well as custom cabinetry. Amenities are slated to include a fitness center, rooftop pool, coworking spaces and two guest suites.

The tower was designed by Ziegler Cooper with Andres Construction serving as general contractor. Preleasing at the property will commence this spring with first move-ins slated to start in the summer.
