Jordan Williams Joins CushWake Office Leasing Team in Charlotte
Cushman & Wakefield has hired Jordan Williams as director of the company’s office agency leasing team in its Charlotte, NC location.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Williams was a commercial real estate broker at NAI Carolantic Realty in Raleigh. In that role, Williams was responsible for advising office, life science and medical office clients while also assisting in the negotiations and closings of more than $187 million in transactions. She has nearly five years of experience in commercial real estate.
“Jordan is a rising star in the commercial real estate industry who has achieved great success in the office leasing space and representing both landlords and tenants from a variety of industries,” said Brett Gray, managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte, Triad and South Carolina operations.
