NAI Partners Taps Joe Bright as Senior VP in San Antonio

NAI Partners has tapped veteran office tenant representation expert Joe Bright as senior vice president. Bright will relocate from the firm’s Houston office to the company’s rapidly growing San Antonio iffice.

The move to San Antonio will enable Bright to focus on serving clients in the Greater San Antonio area and Austin, in addition to continuing to meet the needs of his Houston customers. Bright was previously a vice president at NAI Partners in Houston.

Some of Bright’s signature transactions of the last few years include a 48,000-square-foot, build-to-suit lease for HCA Houston Healthcare; a 27,614-square-fot office lease for AES Drilling Fluids at 575 N. Dairy Ashford and a new office lease for Key Capture Energy Group at 801 Congress St. in Houston.
