Wood Partners Breaks Ground on 300-Unit MF Community in Georgetown
National multifamily real estate developer Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Berry Creek, a 300-unit apartment community in the north Austin suburb of Georgetown.
Located at 2201 SH 195, Alta Berry Creek will be part of the planned Berry Creek Highlands master development. This 314-acre master-planned community will bring more than 1,500 single family homes, new retail options, an onsite elementary school and a 20-acre park to the Georgetown area.
Once completed, Alta Berry Creek will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with features including wood-style plank flooring, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and designer tile backsplashes as well as granite countertops. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, on-site pet park and multiple dog washing stations.
The planned opening of the community is slated for early 2023, with pre-leasing officially starting in late 2022.
