TikTok Signs 125K-SF Office Lease in Austin

Cousins Properties has inked a lease with social media giant TikTok Inc. for a 125,000-square-foot space in the Austin CBD.

The property, 300 Colorado, is a 368,798-square-foot, 32-story high-rise tower. TikTok will occupy floors 27 through 32. The property was built in 2021 and features floorplates between 21,256 and 22,917 square feet. In addition, the tower includes a 10,000-square-foot retail component.

TikTok, which is based in California, will take a portion of space that was originally leased to Parsley Energy Inc. Pioneer Natural Resources Co. later acquired the lease and is currently one of Cousins’ top five office tenants occupying 359,660 square feet of space across two properties.
