FirstService Residential Signs for 48K SF in Midtown

FirstService Residential (FSR) signed a long-term lease for 48,000 square feet across the ninth and 10th floors of Beacon Capital Partners’ 575 Fifth Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The company is relocating from 622 Third Ave.

The tenant was represented by Mark Friedman of Colliers, and the landlord was self-represented. The space is currently being built out to meet FSR’s vision by Montroy DeMarco Architecture, LLP, with Jack Green & Associates as the mechanical engineer.

As a component of that vision, FSR is currently working toward WELL Silver certification for its new space. The company, reportedly the largest residential property manager in the U.S., anticipates a fall 2022 move-in at the 411,780-square-foot 575 Fifth.
