South Carolina Hospital Association Engages Colliers for Lease, Sale

A Colliers | South Carolina team of Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson has represented the South Carolina Hospital Association in the leasing of 7,141 square feet of office space at 2000 Center Point Road in Columbia, SC. Roe also represented the landlord, Centerpoint Holdings LLC.

SCHA will be moving from 1000 Center Point Road and has hired Roe and Wilkerson to market its building for sale.

The Center Point Office Park is a Class A park located in the St. Andrews submarket of Columbia. 2000 Center Point offers a conference/training center, walking trails, outdoor patio areas and an on-site fitness center along with on-site maintenance and property management services.
